1) Disable internet or block it from accessing the internet in firewall
2) Run Set-up.exe
3) Go in the Crack folder and copy amtlib.dll to the install foler
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019
Enjoy, updates are set to notify by default, not sure if it will remove crack in future updates, so update at your own risk.
